  • 1 1/4 cupsFlour
  • 3/4 cupcornmeal
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsea salt
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix in milk until smooth.

  3. 3

    Mix in oil and eggs until smooth and even.

  4. 4

    Spray Pam into loaf baking pan or desired baking pan.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into pan.

  6. 6

    Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes.
