Ensure all ingredients are in room temperature for the best results

Mix all dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl

Whisk eggs,sugar and vanilla extract together with high speed until it begins to form soft peaks.

Gently mix the dry ingredients into the egg mixture with a rubber spatula

Pour or scoop out the batter and fill in the cupcake pan 1/2 full.

To check for readiness, insert toothpick and if it comes out clean your cake is ready

In your preparation line the cupcake pan with cupcakes papers
