This is a very delicious dish that comes together quickly.
Steps

Grate the paneer and set it aside.

Heat the ghee in a skillet, add the cumin seeds and onion, and sauté until golden brown.

Add the turmeric powder, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, green peas, and tomato. Sauté well.

When the ghee starts to separate, add the paneer, salt, and garam masala. Mix everything well.

Cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Matar Paneer Bhurji is ready. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with paratha, chapati, or naan.
