This Raw Mango Chutney is a tangy delight which goes well with rice, idli, dosa, chappati, puri etc.

Steps

Peel off the mango skin. Chop into small pieces. If you are using organic mango just chop them.

Heat 1 tbsp oil. Roast chanadal, urad dal, dry red chilli, cumin seeds, 3/4 tsp mustard and coriander seeds together.

Add the mango pieces and saute for a few minutes.

Cool down. Grind into a paste with coconut, hing and salt.

Heat 1 tbsp oil. Splutter 1/2 tsp mustard. Add curry leaves.

Now add in the chutney. Cook for a few minutes.

Offer Raw Mango Chutney along with rice to Lord Sri Krishna. Honor Krishna Prasadam.
