Steps

Take Coriander,mint,green chillies and spinach and make fine smooth paste of it

Add yogurt,salt and other dry masala powder in a bowl and mix well

Now add boneless chicken pieces in this yogurt masala and marinate for atleast 1 hour

Now heat oil in a pan add sliced onion when colour change add ginger and garlic paste and saute till raw smell gone

Now add salt and tomato paste and saute

Now add marinate chicken mix it,cover it and cook it till tender

Now add grind spinach and coriander masala and chopped methi leaves in it and saute it

When masala roast add khoya in this and simmer it for 2 minutes

When oil released in vessel wall now switch off gas

Now Hariyali Khoya Chicken is ready to serve

Serve this hot with rice or chapati, sprinkle some khoya over the top at time to serve
