Take butter and oil together and heat.

Add garlic and Sautee for a while.

Add Maida and Sautee again for 2 minutes on low heat.

Add milk and give it a boil.

Add cheese, Mayo, Cream. And mix well.

Cook it for another 2 spoon in low to medium heat.

Add chopped Mint leaves.

Seasoning, salt and pepper.

Add boiled and washed pasta into the White Minty Meto Sauce.

Serve with the sprinkle of chilli flex,oregano and mint leaves.

While boiling 1 cup of pasta add 2 spoon of oil 1 spoon of salt.

After the pasta cooks. Wash with cold water. And oil the paste with 2 spoon of oil by using spoon or clean hands.
