Ingredients

  • 1 cupBasen
  • 1 pinchHing
  • 3tbspCooking oil
  • 1 pinchAjwain
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/3 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tbsGaram masala powder-
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3Tomato
  • 3 tspGinger paste
  • 1Green chilli
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a plate add besan

  2. 2

    Add salt and all spices

  3. 3

    Add oil and mix it well

  4. 4

    Add water and make stiff dough

  5. 5

    Make equal size of dough balls and roll it into cuttlate

  6. 6

    Add 500 ml water in pan amd boil it

  7. 7

    Boil the gatta for 10-15 min

  8. 8

    In a pan add oil and heat it

  9. 9

    Add cumin seeds and put red chilli powder add turmric powder add red chilli powder add cumon powder nad corinder powder

  10. 10

    Mix the tomato ginger paste and fty it add card

  11. 11

    Add water and mix it well

  12. 12

    Add gatta and cover the and cook it for3-5min

  13. 13

    And serve it
