The tasty version of paratha that I relish the most.
Steps

Dry roast all the whole masalas

Grind it coarsely

Now mash the boiled potatoes

Knead the flour with potato,salt,oil,aamchur powder and the coarsely grinded masala

Rest it for 10 mimutes

Take small portions of the dough and roll it into paratha
- 7
Fry the parathas
- 8
Serve it with curd,acharand butter
