1 cupFresh malai
1/2 cupCold water
Blender

Steps

1

Start blending with malai and cold water in blenders
2

Use Cold water in summer and hot water in winter
3

Start blending...Use more water if needed.
4

Blend till butter limps start floating above the butter milk.
5

Take a spoon scoop out all the butter from blending jar.

Homemade butter is ready
