Steps

Put water in motth pulse in proportion of 4:1, bring to boil in a pressure cooker till pulse is tender

Add salt, pepper and termeric in it while it is boiling
3

Fry the other veggie ingredients separately to make tadka
4

Mix the boiled pulse and tadka at the end, garnish with coriander and plate
