Prep your ingredients and preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line your tray with your cupcake casings

In a bowl, mix sugar, baking powder eggs, butter in a bowl. Use a hand mixer or whisk till well incorporated. The mixture should be pale and soft.

Add in your flour in bits till the batter has a smooth consistency.

Pour the batter into the cupcakes casings and let them bake for 15-20 mins or till they turn golden brown

Let them cool on the wire rack before decorating them with some whipping cream and sprinkles
