Soak the breadcrumbs in the red wine vinegar and while the bread is soaking, grind the garlic cloves with a blender, making a fine paste.

Add in the parsley and walnuts put into a blender, blend, until you have a nice consistent mixture.

Once you have your paste, squeeze out any excess moisture from the bread crumbs and add these to the garlic paste, and blend with the blender. While blending pour in very slowly and steadily the olive oil so as to obtain a smooth mixture.

Your sauce is ready serve on pasta or anything you want. I hope you enjoy!!
