Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChickpeas (White Channa) (Boiled & drained)
  2. 1/2 cupCorn Kernels
  3. 1Onion, chopped
  4. 1Tomato chopped
  5. 2 tbspFresh parsley chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspCumin
  8. 1Cucumber
  9. 1/2 tspGround coriander
  10. Cabbage
  11. Tinga Base:
  12. 1/2 cupMaize Flour
  13. 2 tbspAll purpose Flour
  14. 1/4 tspSalt
  15. Water to knead

Steps

  1. 1

    For Bean Corn Chat:-
    Take chickpea, corns in a bowl, Add Onion, tomatoes, Chaat Masala, salt, red chilli, lemon juice

  2. 2

    For Base:
    Knead the soft and smooth dough. Pat it with hands and make chapatti of thickness 2-4 cm.
    Half Cook from both sides and then Deep fry it.

  3. 3

    Assemble tinga:
    Spread the tamarind sauce/ Salsa/ Ketchup.
    Top with bean salad and add lettuce, tomato, onion, sprinkle chat Masala and tamarind chutney
