  1. 1 cupcurd(plain)
  2. 1/4 cupwater
  3. 3 tablespoonsugar
  4. 1/4 teaspoonblack salt
  5. 2-3ice cubes

    Take a glass whisk the curd well

    Add all the ingredients except ice cube

    Mix well and finally add ice cubes

    The lassi is ready to be served
