4 tbsbarbecue meat marinade
2 clovesgarlic, crushed
1 cubechicken stock
1onion, chopped
2bay leaves

Marinate liver with garlic and barbecue sauce marinade

Fry onion until soft then add liver, bay leaves and chicken stock let it simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes

I usually serve as my breakfast with bread.yummy
