Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 bowlboiled Spiral Pasta
  • 6-7olicoops or olives
  • Few chopped spring onion greens
  • 1 bowlhung curd
  • 2-4 tsp black pepper
  • 2-4 tsp black salt
  • 1tsporegano
  • 3-4basil leaves
  • 1/2chopped onion
  • 1/2chopped capsicum
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder.(optional)

    Boil spirally pasta by adding little beat salt and cooking oil in it..

  2. 2

    But dont over boil.

  3. 3

    It should be in bite.

  4. 4

    Drain the water.

  5. 5

    Now put cold water over it so that it does not stuck to each other.

  6. 6

    Keep it aside.

  7. 7

    Now in a mixing bowl take hung curd by adding salt, red chilli flakes, black pepper and oregano.

  8. 8

    Now add Spiral Pasta, olicoops, capsicum, garlic powder, onion and spring onion greens to it.

  9. 9

    Mix it very well so that pasta is combined to hung curd properly.

  10. 10

    Garnish it with basil leaves.

  11. 11

    Hung curd Pasta is ready to eat.

    Kids will love the creamy texture of hung curd.

  13. 13

    Serve it with fingers or chips.
