Prepare soft dough for samosas

Fry Lobiya and very small pieces of potato and add only salt

When it becomes ready add all ingredients spices

Prepare peda of dough and make small roti/bread

Prepare one cone shape as per pictures

Fill stuffing of Lobiya and seal it

Deep fried the samosas and serve it with chutney and Aamras
