Cooking Instructions
- 1
Remove chicken from package, do not rinse. Place in large bowl, add canola, balsamic, hot sauces, seasoning. Stir, make sure chicken is covered. Marinade for a min of 1 hour. I used a glass pyrex bowl and covered with a lid, but foil or plastic wrap will work.
- 2
Preheat oven to 450. Place chicken breasts in a deep glass baking dish. Pour your favorite salsa on top. Cook for about 25-30 minutes or until chicken has reached safe temp of 160 degrees.
- 3
Take the chicken out of the oven. Top with cheeses, bake for five minutes.
- 4
Dollip with sour cream and cilantro, enjoy!!

Sweet and spicy baked chicken Sweet and spicy baked chicken
I love sweet and spicy things and use brown sugar often when cooking to add a little sweetness. I kinda threw this together one night. As a single woman to a little girl, I dread coming home to cook for hours but also don't want to eat frozen dinners. This recipe is super simple with few ingredients to give you more time with your loved ones. Me and my daughter love this chicken. I add more spice to mine bc I like it hot. On my daughter's I skip the Cayenne and replace it with Cajun seasoning and a dash of garlic. LaLa -

Here's another way to grill chicken without using a charcoal grill. The chicken comes out tender with crispy skin, though I still think grilling over charcoal gives a better aroma. Maekaijae JaTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -
Spiced baked chicken Spiced baked chicken
My quest to perfect spicy chicken continues. Although I usually prefer to fry chicken unless it's whole, this time I put the thighs in the oven. It turned out great. The skin was crisp, the meat juicy, and the spice level warm but not burning. Feel free to bump up the cayenne to turn this into truly spicy chicken. Robert Gonzal -
