Ingredients

  • 2boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jarof mild picante salsa
  • 1shredded cheese

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Place chicken breast in medium hot skillet. Let cook almost all the way through.

  2. 2

    Add half the jar of salsa on top of cooking breasts. Place a lid on skillet and reduce heat. Let simmer for 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in middle.

  3. 3

    Turn heat off. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt before placing.

  4. 4

    Plate and add more salsa or cheese as desired.

  5. 5

    Enjoy.
