Firstly to mix rawa, cumin/ajwin, salt, Kasuri methi and oil. Now warm some water for dough-kneading.

After kneading dough rest to dough for 20 minutes.

Now heat pan and add oil. Heat to oil in medium flame.

Now divide dough in small balls. And press to your hand let me reminder mathri is not so much thin after press mathri given some little cuts with the help of knife ya fork another wish mathri doesn't crispy. All mathri are ready to same process.

Now it's time fry our mathri. fry mathris in medium flame to golden brown colour.

Mathris are ready. You can store this mathris on air tight container for 2 month.
