Ingredients

  • 1 canasparagus
  • 1egg
  • 1long slice of dory fish (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  • Salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning to taste
  • Wood ear mushrooms, soaked and thinly sliced, to taste
  • Green onions, finely chopped, to taste
  • For those who like it spicy: I use BonCabe chili powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the dory fish with the wood ear mushrooms. Prepare the asparagus by washing and cutting it into three parts. Then, boil it with the dory fish.

  2. 2

    Dissolve the cornstarch in some water. When the fish is boiling, add the seasonings to taste.

  3. 3

    Add the beaten egg, then the cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously.

  4. 4

    Add the green onions. Wait until cooked. Check the taste. Done.

  5. 5

    If the soup is not thick enough, you can add more dissolved cornstarch.
