  • 2 tbspOlive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1 1/2 tbspBalsamic Vinegar

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Toss the asparagus with olive oil salt and pepper.

    At about six minutes add minced garlic, you don't want to put it in the whole time or it'll burn.

    After 10-12 minutes sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar and ta da! You have a beautiful veggie dish!
