Heat oil in a pan shallow fry the paneer and soak into warm milk

Now add oil in the same pan temper jeera seeds and bay leaf

Add ginger paste saute well adding salt

Add green chilli paste and jeera powder saute well

Now mix the cashew-raisins paste saute for a minute

Add the paneer combine well

Add the milk and allow it to boil

Finally add sugar and garam masala powder

The paneer curry is ready
