  1. 8 ozSno White Mushrooms
  2. 1 tbspOlive Oil
  3. 1 cloveGarlic
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Herbs (I used Basil and Rosemary)
  7. 2 tbspCream Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat garlic and mushrooms in the olive oil on medium low heat.

    My mushrooms were not creating a lot of juice as they should have so I added a teaspoon of half and half.

    Add cream cheese, herbs, and salt and pepper.

    Mix until all has melted.

    Serve with the rest of your dinner immediately!!
