Steps

Heat a pan on moderate flame,
heat up 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan over moderate flame,
add cashew and fry for a minute.
add raisins and saute for another minute until raisins puffed. - 2
Add rava/suji and little more ghee on top
roast until it chnges the colour lightly this shud tke 4 to 5 mins..
it is important to serve continuosly and make sure rava roast evenly.
add coconut and stirring continuing fr abt 2 more minutes.
add sugar and mix it well,
you cn add powdered sugar too. - 3
Turn off the flame..
cool it down a beat(not completely)
gradually add lukewarm milk and mix well half tsp of yellow colur water to make rava mix moist..
take 1/2 tbsp mixture into hand and press firmly and make round ladoos and garnish with pista
