Boil the rice with the cinnamon stick in 2 cups of water

When the rice is soft, add the handful of raisins

Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water

When the water has been absorbed, add two cups of boiling water and the cornstarch gradually

Add the Splenda packets, lower the heat, and let it simmer for three more minutes, stirring continuously
