1/4 cupformula milk (about 60 ml)
1egg yolk

Beat the egg yolk with chopsticks until smooth.

While the milk is still warm, slowly pour it into the egg, stirring constantly.

Steam the mixture for about 10 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if it's done.
