Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 cupPlain Oats
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1Banana
  • 1 tbspHoney
  • 1/2 tspCinnamon powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander chopped
  • 2 tspLemon Juice
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1Green chilli finely chopped fine

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry oats in a heavy bottomed pan. Let it cool down.

  2. 2

    Mash banana.

  3. 3

    Mix mashed banana in curd.Add honey,cinnamon powder and lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste.Mix well.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle fresh coriander over it and serve.
