  • 1Ribeye steak, bone in (Cut 1 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cupSalt grass 7 steak seasoning
  • 1 TbspCourse black pepper
  • 1 TbspDried oregano
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 1 TbspReal butter

    Combine all dry ingredients and season steak liberally.

  2. 2

    Grill on hot fire for 6 minutes per side, flipping only once.

  3. 3

    Remove and place 1 tbsp butter on top and rest for 3 minutes.
