Finely chop the onions.

Sauté the onions with a little water, cover, and cook until soft.

Add the ground beef and spices, and cook until done.

Let the mixture cool, then add the toasted nuts and pomegranate.

Soak the semolina and flour with the spices in very hot water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Knead the mixture well by hand if you don't have a machine.

Take a small piece and shape it into a cup, fill with the stuffing, then seal the edges well.
