Take a pan add butter then add green chilli saute then add onion fry for 1min then add tomato fry till it soft.

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder fry for 1min then add all mashed ingredients fry for 5min.

Add pav bhaji masala fry for 10min.

Add 1cup water and lemon juice cook for 5min then turn off the flame.

Roast the bread.

Take a martini glass pour the pav bhaji in it then put bread on it.

Pav bhaji Twist is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and with Tomato slice and butter.
