1.1/2 cupgrated bottlegourd
2 tbspSugar
3/4 litremilk
2-3 dropsfood grade green colour
Few Dry fruits for garnishing
1 tbspGhee

First peel and grate bottlegourd.

Heat ghee in a pan and roast it for few minutes.

Boil milk and transfer grated bottlegourd in the milk.

Cook it nicely till whole milk dries up and bottlegourd is cooked.

Add sugar and cook for some time.
6

Garnish with dry fruits.
