Steps

Take a bowl add semolina then add yogurt and salt mix it well then add water to make semi thick batter.

Keep it aside for 10min.

After 10min add baking soda then pour the batter in idli tray.

Steam it on medium flame for 10-12min.

Demould the idli then cut it in pieces and decorate it. (I use colour in idli to make more attractive).

Mother's day special Idli is ready to serve 😋.
