  • 2 cupsChopped Fruits
  • (Muskmelon, Papaya, Kiwi, Green Grapes, Black Grapes, Pomegranate or any fruit of your choice)
  • 1/4 cupChopped Walnuts & Pistachios
  • 1tbspFlaxseeds
  • 1 tbspRoasted sesame
  • Juice of One Orange
  • to tasteSalt

    In a bowl add all chopped fruits and add fresh orange juice with salt. Mix them well.
    Put all tossed fruits in a serving bowl and sprinkle nuts, roasted sesame, and flaxseeds.
