Finely chop capsicums in chopper machine

Similarly chop onion

Take a big bowl add finely chopped capsicums, onion, ginger, garlic,green chilli paste

Add oats, oats flour and brown rice flour in it.

Add turmeric powder, masala (masala made from cummin seeds, black pepper and common) chat masala, salt and mix well with hand. No need to add water. If you want more tart in the taste then mix the chilli flakes in it.

Put a non stick pan on gas and heat it.Put a spoon olive oil in it

Make small tikki with hands and keep it on the pan and cover it with a lid

When one side is cooked well then turn it to another site and cover with lid, after some time remove the lid and cook.

Now our yummy oats capsicum tikki is ready. Take it out on a plate and serve it with sauce and chutney.
