To make the bedmi puri : first of all we will knead the dough.

Add 3 tsp oil and grounded dal to the flour.
Add urad dal paste add salt red chilli hing cumin pwr ginger paste coriander pwr fennel pwr.mix everything thoroughly.
Little water and knead a dough for puri is now ready.
Cover the dough for 20 mins. - 3
Now break it into small balls.
We have rolled out the puri
Oil in the pan is heated
Now we will fry the bedmi puri
Keep frying it gets golden brown in colour. - 4
Serve to hot, spicy aloo sabji and khatti meethi launji.
