Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3potatoes, washed and chopped
  2. 1handful of fresh green beans, washed and chopped
  3. 1carrot, rinsed and peeled
  4. 1small onion, chopped
  5. 2 blockspieces of cooked beef
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. Pinchwhite pepper
  8. 2 tbspolive oil
  9. 4 tbspmayonnaise
  10. 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and eggs

  2. 2

    Boil chopped green beans and carrots for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Peel potatoes and eggs, dice and mix together

  4. 4

    Add carrots and green beans then diced onion,salt,pepper,oil and mayonnaise mix well

  5. 5

    Serve with cooked beef.
