4 servings

3potatoes, washed and chopped
1handful of fresh green beans, washed and chopped
1carrot, rinsed and peeled
1small onion, chopped
2 blockspieces of cooked beef
Pinchsalt
Pinchwhite pepper
2 tbspolive oil
4 tbspmayonnaise
3eggs

Boil potatoes and eggs

Boil chopped green beans and carrots for 5 minutes

Peel potatoes and eggs, dice and mix together
4

Add carrots and green beans then diced onion,salt,pepper,oil and mayonnaise mix well
5

Serve with cooked beef.
