Bahari Paneer
it's my own innovative preparation of paneer.
Steps

Heat a pan add mustard oil shallow fry the paneer and keep aside.

In a same pan shallow fry the capsicum and keep aside.

Add butter in a same pan heat on a medium flame Add whole garam masala and kasuri methi and fry for 2 min.

Add chopped onion and garlic fry till it become soft and golden brown in colour. Add chopped tomato and fry.

Add turmeric cumin and chilli powder fry till the oil comes out.

Add paneer and capsicum. Add kaju paste. Cover the pan with add some water.

Open the cover and add salt and sugar.

Bahari paneer is teady to be served and garnish with coriander leaves, sliced capsicum and kaju paste
