Watermelon cake
A special delicacy in summer
Steps

Cut the watermelon into small cubes removing the shell.

Blend the watermelon into amputee and pass through a strainer for removing the seeds.

Mix Maida,sugar and butter on a mixing bowl.Add sooji and baking powder. Finally add watermelon puree and mix well to make a smooth batter.

Take a round greased container and pour in the batter.

Bake in a micro oven for 4minutes in a moderate temperature. Keep inside warm for another five minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in room temperature. Turn the container upside down on a plate and pat gently to bring out the cake

Overturn the cake and top up with the dry fruit and coconut crumbs and chocolate syrup.

Serve thereafter.
