Give one cut in between the green chillies.

Spread salt all over the chillies and keep it aside for 1 - 2 hours

Take one bowl and add gram flour in it.

Add salt, red chilli powder, baking soda, 1 tsp oil

Add water and prepare a thick batter

Heat the oil and dip chillies in the batter and deep fry it.

After frying chilli bhajiyas add onion and coriander leaves in remaining batter

And deep fry onion bhajiyas.
