Ingredients

1 hr
15-20 balls
  1. 1 cCottage cheese (i use homemade after sieving curdled milk)
  2. 1.5 crolled oats
  3. 2medium sized onions (i use red)
  4. 2eggs
  5. Spring onions (desired amount)
  6. 1 bunchcoriander
  7. Spices to taste- salt, black pepper, curry powder, dhana jeera

    Thinly dice up the onions, chop the spring onions and coriander. Add them to the cottage cheese and mix

  2. 2

    Add desired spices, the eggs, then mix

  3. 3

    Add in the oats (the amount could be more or less depending on the consistency desired) I added in a tablespoon of flour, optional.

  4. 4

    Make small balls, and chill them in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Shallow fry the balls on medium heat until golden brown then gently turn until cooked.

  6. 6

    They can be eaten dry as a snack or in stew. I usually make stew and cook some, then store the other balls for later
