Ingredients

  • 2 lb.Ground Sausage
  • 1/2small Onion- diced
  • 12Eggs
  • 1Jalapeno - diced
  • 8 oz.Cream Cheese
  • 1 cupshredded Mexican Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish.

  2. 2

    Spread ground sausage on the bottom of baking dish. Spread little chunks of cream cheese on top.

  3. 3

    Beat eggs with salt and pepper; pour over the top. Top off with cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake for 25 min or until eggs are done. Let cool for 5 min. Enjoy.
