Ingredients

1 cupgram flour
to tasteSalt
1 pinchasafoetida
1/2 tspcarom seed
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspgaram masala
12-15 spinach leaves
as neededOil for frying
Water as required

Steps

Mix all ingredients (except oil and spinach)

Make a flowing consistency by adding water.

Make sure to avoid lumps

Now in hot oil fry spinach leaves by coating in a batter one by one..

Fry crisp on medium flame..

Serve hot with ur favourite chutney
