Ingredients

  • 4 stripbacon cut into small pieces
  • 1 cupleeks
  • 1 tbspfresh rosemary
  • Dashsalt and black pepper
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 cupsliced button mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    With little oil pan fry the bacon about 2 minutes then add in the leeks, button mushrooms and rosemary for another 3 minutes

    Season with a dash of salt and pepper then stir fry for another 1 minutes
