Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrabdi
  • As requiredAlmond powder
  • to tasteSugar
  • 2-3 tspChopped Dry fruits
  • Kulfi mould
  • 2-3 tsptooti frutti

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add rabdi, add almond powder cool for 2 minute add sugar to taste.

  2. 2

    Add chopped dry fruits and cool on room temperature.

  3. 3

    Pour in kulfi mould and keep oveenight into freezer.

  4. 4

    Remove from mould and garnish with tooti frutti.
