Except blending ingredients & breadcrumbs mix all the above ingredients (from minced mutton to salt) & bring to a boil. stir on medium heat for few minutes before reducing to low heat until all the water evaporates & the meat & dal is cooked.

Stir occasionally to prevent burning.cool the mixture & blend it in a mixie to smooth paste. add salt, chopped onions, cream, chopped mint & coriander leaves,green chillies & knead it like a dough.

Take a big ball ofthe minced meat mixture and press it on to the skewer or wooden sticks like seekh kababs.

Roll it in bread crumbs & refrigerate for few hours.

Deep fry till crisp & perfect

& serve hot with dips of ur choice.
