Add the corn kernels,boiled rice in a grinder jar also add green chilli,grind to a semi fine paste

To the mashed potatoes,add the ground corn and rice mixture..now add the spices mix well

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the corn kebab mixture for 25-30 mins

Grease ur palm with a bit of oil.now gently roll and shape into a kebab with the help of ice cream stick

Heat a pan or tawa..add oil on a medium low flame let the corn kebabs get pan fried

Till the corn kebabs are crisp and golden..serve with mint chutney or mint curd
- 7
Serving sprinkle some chat masala from top..
