In a pan add 1 tsp oil and allow it to heat, now add cumin seeds let it crackle, add green chillies,boiled mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chat masala. Mix all and fry them for 4-5 mins.

Cut the corners of all the bread slices, place 1 bread fill the potato stuffing then put 1 more bread above the stuffing, press slightly

If you have big size bread then cut it in diagonally and keep aside.

In a bowl mix besan, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chat masala and mix it properly, now add water to make a paste.

Dip bread sandwiches in besan batter, coat it properly and fry them in hot oil.

Take out from oil put it on tissue paper. Now serve with tomato sauce and green chutney
