Ingredients

1medium carrot grated
1medium capsicum chopped
1medium raw mango diced
1medium tomato chopped
2green chillies chopped
1medium apple chopped
1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
1 tbspsesame powder
1 tbspPeanut
1 tbsplime juice
1 tbspvinegar
to tasteSalt and sugar
25 gmpaneer grated

Steps

In a mixing bowl add all the fruits and vegetables. And paneer. Add salt and sugar. Mix well. Add lime and vinegar.

Mix well. Add the groundnut sesame powder. Mix well.

Add coriander leaves. Toss well.

Keep in fridge before serving. Serve cold
