Ingredients

  • 1/4 CupSmall White Sago
  • 4Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tbspRoasted Peanut Powder
  • 1/2 tbspChilli Paste
  • 1 tspGinger Paste
  • 1 tspSaunf
  • 1 tspSesame Seeds
  • 1 tbspChopped Fresh Coriander
  • 1/2Lemon's Juice
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the White sago and let it be in a strainer for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Take boiled Potatoes and mash them properly.

  3. 3

    Add into the potatoes the small white sago.Add all remaining ingredients and mix it nicely.

  4. 4

    Make balls of it and give the shape of Vada.

  5. 5

    Deep fry Or Shallow Fry it.If you want to make it Oil free cook in Appe Pan.

  6. 6

    Fry till crispy

  7. 7

    Serve with any preferred dip.
